SOGALA Social Responsibility Comittee

The Social Responsibility Committee meets 3-6 times a year to plan benevolent activities for the organization and its members. They also are responsible for formulating and maintaining links, resources and a referral list to help direct GLBT adults and youth to useful people, offices and other helpful resources, who are gay-friendly or have agreed with us to treat all GLBT clients and patients in a nonjudgmental way, and with the same respect and dignity afforded to all their clientele.

Finally, the Social Responsibility Committee reviews all requests and suggestions for funding of charitable causes, and makes recommendations regarding same to the Executive Board.
